The Spanish Agency of Data Protection has the faculty of evaluate the adjustment of the protecting levels of data, offered by the destiny country. This previous evaluation is not necessary if the destiny country is a member of the European Union or a state from the

Commission of the European Communities has guaranteed the adjustment of it’s protection level.
If the destiny countries are not included in the ones of the Protection of Data Consulting Agency considers with a protection level compared to the Spanish ones, the responsible, meaning Worldex group in Spain, will request an express authorization of this Agency.
